About AI Agents & Avatars
What's an AI agent? A reusable AI assistant with a fixed job — its own name, system prompt, quality tier, and a set of skills (Web fetch, Send email, WhatsApp, and more). Run it on demand and it does that one job well, every time.
Templates vs your agents. Templates are ready-made personas you can run instantly or Customize into your own copy. My AI Agents are the ones you've built or saved — these are yours to edit, run, and delete. Every agent shares the same MCP tool routing, run traces, and improvement loop.
AI Avatars. Embeddable chat bots that answer from your knowledge base. Set the persona, pick a brand colour, then drop the generated snippet on any website. Each avatar gets a public token so it works anywhere you embed it.
